How to prepare and cook
To warm in the oven (meat and pitta only):
Meat:
Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove the frozen meat from the packaging and place on a baking tray for 5-6 minutes until warm throughout.
Pitta:
Remove the Pitta from the packaging. Place on a baking tray and warm it up for 2-3 minutes.
Tzatziki:
Defrost the sauce bag in a lukewarm water bath.
To warm in a 600W microwave:
Meat:
Remove the frozen Gyros meat from the packaging and place on a plate. Cover and heat for 2-3 minutes until warm throughout.
Pitta:
Remove the Pitta from the packaging. Separate, place on a plate and cover with cling film. Microwave on full power 30-40 seconds.
Tzatziki:
Defrost the sauce bag with gentle bursts of 10 secs at a time using the defrost setting, in the microwave, until defrosted.
