How to prepare and cook
Do not defrost the meat before preparation. Leave the Pitta at room temperature for 15 minutes to defrost before preparation.
To warm in the oven (meat and pitta only):
Meat:
Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove the frozen meat from the packaging and place on a baking tray for 5-6 minutes until warm throughout.
Pitta:
Remove the Pitta from the packaging. Place on a baking tray and warm it up for 2-3 minutes.
Tzatziki:
Defrost the sauce bag in a lukewarm water bath.
To warm in a 600W microwave:
Meat:
Remove the frozen meat from the packaging and place on a plate. Cover and heat for 2-3 minutes until warm throughout.
Pitta:
Remove the Pitta from the packaging. Separate, place on a plate and cover with cling film. Microwave on full power for 30-40 seconds.
Tzatziki:
Defrost the sauce bag with gentle bursts of 10 secs at a time using the defrost setting, in the microwave, until defrosted.
Caution: Open the packaging carefully and serve.
