How to prepare and cook
For best results cook from frozen. The following instructions are guidelines only.
Ensure the product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot before serving. Times may vary according to appliances used.
Pan fry:
- Preheat a frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Add 1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil.
- Once oil has heated, remove frozen meat from all packaging and place meat in the pan.
- Cook for 4-6 minutes, turning frequently during cooking.
Air fryer:
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for a few minutes.
- Lay out the meat slices on a plate or tray. If desired, lightly spray both sides of the meat slices with vegetable oil using a vegetable oil spray. This step helps enhance the crispiness.
- Arrange the meat slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding to ensure even cooking. You may need to work in batches, depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Cook the meat slices at 375°F (190°C) for approximately 4-7 minutes, turning once halfway through the cooking time. Keep an eye on the meat to prevent overcooking.
- Remove the meat slices from the air fryer and serve immediately.
