How to prepare and cook
For best results cook from frozen. The folowing instructions are guidelines only.Ensure the product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot before serving. Times may vary according to appliances used.
Pan fry:
- Preheat a frying pan over a medium-high heat.
- Add 1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil.
- Once oil has heated, remove frozen kebabs from all packaging and place meat in the pan.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes, turning frequently during cooking.
Air fry:
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for a few minutes.
- Lightly spray or brush the kebabs with vegetable oil or cooking spray Place the kebabs in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving some space between them.
- You may need to work in batches if your air fryer is small to ensure even cooking.
- Avoid overcrowding the basket.
- Air fry the beef kebabs at 375°F (190°C) for approximately 8-10 minutes, turning them
once halfway through the cooking time. - Once the kebabs are cooked to your liking,remove them from the air fryer and serve immediately.
BBQ:
- Preheat your barbecue grill to medium-high heat.
- Make sure the grill grates are clean and well-oiled to prevent sticking.
- Lightly brush the kebabs with vegetable oil.
- This wil help prevent them from sticking to the grill grates and wil dso promote browning.
- Place the kebabs on the preheated gril,perpendicular to the grill grates.
- This will help prevent the kebabs from falling through the grates.
- Grill the kebabs for approximately 10-15 minutes, turning them occasionaly to ensure even cooking.
- The exact cooking time will depend on the heat of your grill.
